We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, but if you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for a scheduled appointment, the therapist has the right to refuse service or reduce the length of the service to ensure that their next scheduled appointment does not have to be pushed back. If we cancel your appointment because of your lateness, you will be charged according to our cancellation policy. You are responsible for your appointment times, so if you are running late, please call us to see if we are able to honor the full session.

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and kindly ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.

No-shows will also be charged 100% of the full service fee originally scheduled.

Cancellation fees are not transferable and will not be applied as credit toward any future appointment.

We recognize that the time of our clients and therapists is valuable, and this policy exists to honor that. When an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents other clients from receiving care and results in uncompensated time for our therapists.

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, crude behavior, fondling yourself while getting a service, or touching of a therapist in an inappropriate way will result in the termination of service and will be escorted out. If the therapist feels their boundaries have been crossed or violated, the client will not be allowed to return for further massages. Our full fee will be expected.

Please advise our staff of any special requests, sensitivities, allergies, or health considerations that may affect your service, including pregnancy, nursing, or medications. This information helps us personalize your experience and keep you as comfortable and safe as possible.


During your visit, please let us know if you have any preferences or need an adjustment. You never have to “tough it out” during your treatment. Whether you need an extra blanket, a beverage, a phone charger, posture support, a change in table temperature, different massage pressure, quieter music, or more conversation, please ask. You may also request quiet time, a specific music or audiobook selection, courtesy draping, or share your preferred pronouns.


Please turn off or silence your cell phone while in the spa. Euphoric Transcendence is a smoke-free environment, and we recommend leaving valuables at home.

Absolutely! Your experience should feel comfortable, personalized, and intentional. Whether you need an extra blanket, a beverage, phone charger, posture support, an adjustment to the table temperature, courtesy draping, quieter music, a specific music or audiobook request, or simply some uninterrupted quiet time, please feel free to ask.


We also offer an Emergency Hygiene Kit with personal care essentials, including feminine hygiene products and other items you may unexpectedly need during your visit.


Celebrating something special? You can also elevate your Spa Retreat experience with one of our Celebration Packages, which can include decorations, flowers, cake, and other special touches. Advance notice is appreciated so we can prepare everything especially for you.

Euphoric Transcendence is an atmosphere of serenity and relaxation, so we respectfully ask that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests to the spa while you receive your treatment.


For the comfort, privacy, and relaxation of all clients, only the person receiving the scheduled service may be in the treatment room, unless the client receiving the service is a minor and requires a parent or legal guardian to be present.

Gratuities are always left to the discretion of our clients. Gratuities are accepted for exceptional service. For those new to spa culture, typical gratuities for spa services begin at 18% and may be higher based upon satisfaction level (based on non-discounted rates). Gratuities are not included in the listed prices or spa packages.

Please note that we do not accept insurance. However, we gladly accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for your convenience. Contact your employer directly for more details on your benefits.


Additionally, to ensure financial flexibility, we offer our own Wellness Savings Fund to enhance your experience and goals. Check our Wellness Savings Fund page for more details.

Spa reservations are available by appointment only. Please call or text in advance to confirm availability or book your appointment online. A credit card or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments. If the value of a gift certificate is less than that of your scheduled appointment, we may also require a credit card number. No exceptions.

Kindly be advised that online booking for couples treatments is unavailable. To secure the availability of two therapists concurrently, we kindly request that you contact us directly to arrange your appointment. While only one individual is required to confirm the appointment with a credit card deposit, both parties are obliged to complete their intake forms before the scheduled services. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
